NARS Audacious Mascara

My recent trip to Sephora was with a friend and the goal was for her to buy something for herself and I was just going along to help her out. Oh but I came across this guy , picked it up and fell instantly in love! I have always been a great fan of NARS products in general but really never thought I would be interested in picking up one of their mascaras! I love everything about this product, which is something because I have never in my life purchased a mascara outside of the drugstore world because I never thought any of them would be worth the extra money.

The packaging is the classic NARS smooth material (which yes gets dirty easy but I really enjoy it anyways). The tip of the mascara top is a really nice bright red as is the packaging it came in. If you look at the image real close you can get a glimpse of what I am talking about in the reflection. Also the name of the mascara is Black Moon which is really unique.

This is what really got me. the wand is like something I have never seen before. It is so spaced out and thought it would be really interesting to test out. I was informed that this mascara is one that you could build up throughout the day without the worry of it getting clumped up or spidery looking. The wand is also red and very nice to feel (go and feel the sample one!).

Here I am wearing this mascara on the left and no mascara on the right eye, this is with one application and I think it does exactly what I would like a mascara to do. Lengthens and fans out your lashes just perfectly, I would highly recommend checking it out next time you are in Sephora!
