Summer Outfit Ideas 2013

This summer seems to have flown by! How the heck is it already August? Anyways to make myself feel better about that statement I am going to put together some statement pieces that can pair easily with any basics for the summer! Let's start off with tops.

 

This cami from ASOS is perfect for hot summer days since the shoulders are exposed as well as being flowy. Pair this with some simple black or jean shorts, flip flops or flats and hair up in a bun and you are good to go. This one is priced at $50.23 

 What I love about this top is that is can look good both tucked into something like high wasted shorts or just normally over leggings or shorts. This is from forever 21 priced at $23.80

As for bottoms I love discovering new trends for leggings since I am not always super comfortable wearing shorts all the time in the summer this is a great option for me to stay cooler then wearing pants.

Leggings that will stand out are always fun and I am loving the ones that are on the site ROMWE. Lots of fun patterns and different cut outs.

 

I am all about the mesh panels this summer and mix them with bows on leggings and you have something magical. These are off the ROMWE site and go for $24.99 CAD.

 

These are so simple and girly and easy to pair a simple top with, these lace shorts are fro TOBI priced at $40 CAD but you can find similar pretty much anywhere. 

As for the easiest piece to slip on in the warmer weather let's move on to some dresses;

 

Fit & flare cage dress from Forever 21 , I think the cut outs are so interesting on these types of dresses. I love the flare mixed in with the cut outs because it gives it a softer look and more comfortable. I also really like the green of this dress.This one is  priced at $27.80.

Any dress with an open back is amazing for summer and this one with the lace detailing is just adorable. Showing off your back is just so much more fun than showing off the girls in my opinion.This is off TOBI for 30$ CAD.
